Looping Spanisch Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms of use apply to the mobile iOS app Looping Spanisch. Additional terms and notices published there apply to website content.

2. App functionality

The app helps you practice Spanish vocabulary through an interactive word game with spaced repetition. Vocabulary decks and learning content are provided in the app; your progress is stored locally on your device.

The app supports general language learning and does not replace formal instruction, certification, or professional language assessment.

3. Premium and subscriptions

Premium features can be purchased as an in-app purchase via Apple. Available products, prices, and durations are shown in the app and in the App Store.

Auto-renewing subscriptions are managed via your Apple account. Renewal and cancellation follow Apple's rules in account settings.

4. Availability and changes

We may further develop the app, adjust features or vocabulary content, or discontinue the app when reasonably acceptable for users.

5. Liability

We are liable under applicable statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential obligations and to foreseeable damage.
