2. App functionality

The app supports interval training and provides evaluations such as training duration, steps, distance, and estimated calorie values.

The information serves general fitness support and does not replace medical advice or diagnosis.

3. Premium and subscriptions

Premium features can be purchased as an in-app purchase via Apple. Available products, prices, and durations are shown in the app and in the App Store.

Auto-renewing subscriptions are managed via your Apple account. Renewal and cancellation follow Apple's rules in account settings.

4. Availability and changes

We may further develop the app, adjust features, or discontinue the app when reasonably acceptable for users.

5. Liability

We are liable under applicable statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential obligations and to foreseeable damage.
